Plan FAQs
Yes. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel by phone or email and you stop being billed at the end of your current month.
You can switch up or down anytime. The new rate kicks in the following month — no penalties.
Yes. Every plan includes one Spring tune-up for your AC system and one Fall tune-up for your heating system.
The Total Care plan is transferable to the new owner. Basic and Comfort can be moved with you to your new DFW home at no extra cost.
Spring AC visits run March–May. Fall heating visits run September–November. We coordinate dates with you 2 weeks ahead.
Repairs are not included in Basic and Comfort, but you get 10–15% off. Total Care includes one free repair per year up to $250 in parts + labor.
